“Hospitality and real estate are not too dissimilar”, says Daniel. “Aside from the long hours, it comes down to impeccable personal service to ensure the client’s expectations are exceeded. Having built a successful career looking after the needs of my clients, for me it’s about managing the details, instilling confidence so that all the client has to endure is reward.”

Growing up in the Caulfield/Brighton area, running his own restaurants in St Kilda and Port Melbourne, Daniel is passionate about good food, good company and good service. From musical get togethers with family to an ‘open home’ approach to time with his friends, Daniel is excited about the future and kids with wife Gabi. She’s excited to have him home early – 9pm instead of hospitality’s midnight.
