Good Morning Kylie, I was filing away my paperwork after the successful sale of 28 Lansdowne Rd and 190 Alma Road when I noticed a line at the bottom of my Agent’s email address…. “Are you satisfied with my level of service? Email my manager” Now that the dust has settled I would like to take the time out to give you feedback about my agent Elza Schilling. I have bought at sold quite a few properties through Gary Peer and associates and always had excellent service, but have never felt so compelled to give feedback as in this case. Elza’s role in the sale was stunning and simply outstanding. Many agents have contacted us over the years to be “the one” that secures the right to sell this iconic property, but Elza’s unrelenting determination and continual contact stood out so we decided to go with her. Once again I have dealt with many agents and, as a building practitioner, have learned to question an agents advice on any matter relating to the sale. I gave up questioning Elza because every time I did, a 2nd or 3rd opinion would always support her. I even made Gary come to the house personally and he agreed with everything Elza said. For example she instructed us to sell the lots separately and, on the day as she predicted there was no buyer for both lots. She even described the type of buyer that would eventually purchase the house and the most likely different buyer of the Tennis court. Elza tailored the campaign and styling accordingly. In preparing the house for sale, Elza was another driving force without which I doubt we would have met our deadlines. She visited the property almost daily and nurtured the process along like a mother hen. From the paperwork to the painting she left no stone unturned. Her estimates were accurate and the outcome absolutely as she had predicted. I make heavy use of property data, past sales, market trends and industry information to inform myself about property prices. Without full access to the REIV I cannot be certain but I believe that Elza achieved one of the highest prices for a property in St Kilda East for this year and set a new benchmark for Land Cost/sqr meter land value for a property over 1600 sqm in East St Kilda. Philip Kingston needs no further praise as his consistent and outstanding Auctioneering has no rival. It was an absolute pleasure being clients of Gary Peer and Associates. I know Gary says not to become complacent, but with a performance like this, you would be crazy to use anyone else.
