Toorak

Located 5 km southeast of the CBD, Toorak has the reputation of being Melbourne’s most elite suburb. The population consists mainly of married couples (46.9%), and residents employed in the industries of finance, property and business services (29.6%). It is listed as the “highest money earning suburb” in the country. The median age is 43. 41.6% of houses are fully owned.
