Brandon Oberklaid

Sales Consultant

Brandon joins our Caulfield North Property Management Group as a Sales Consultant. While he may be a newcomer to the real estate industry, he’s shown a keen interest in the property market for years, having attended many open for inspections and auctions and always ensuring he stays up to date with the current property market trends. Prior to embarking on his career in real estate, Brandon has worked in hospitality, car cleaning and detailing and as a smoke alarm maintenance technician. He holds a Diploma of Commerce and is currently completing a double degree of Commerce/Property & Real Estate as well as his Agent’s Representative Certificate.

Brandon believes he has the qualities required to succeed in the real estate industry. He’s a trustworthy, determined, compassionate and highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and is not afraid of hard work. He enjoys working as an individual but being a people’s person, equally enjoys working as part of a team too. Either way he always goes above and beyond what is expected to help clients achieve their goals and complete his tasks to the highest of standards.

Brandon loves working in real estate as he’s passionate about property and working with people. He has a strong interest in new developments, market trends and the future of the industry and believes that it is an extremely rewarding career path.

Outside of work Brandon likes playing and watching sport. He’s a massive St Kilda and Liverpool fan and used to play for AJAX Football Club And when he’s not being active, he loves getting out and about socialising with family and friends.
