With over 24 years in real estate behind her, previous experience working as a Bookkeeper and Office Manager and a Full Agents Licence under her belt, Debbie is well equipped for her Sales Administration role at our Caulfield North Property Management office.

Debbie approaches each and every client interaction the same way, always treating others the way she would like to be treated. She believes that being polite, listening and communicating goes a long way to making clients feel comfortable and in doing so fosters stronger working relationships. Debbie believes that what you put into a relationship is what you get out, so ensuring she always goes above and beyond for every client, Is what she believes differentiates her. She thoroughly enjoys working in real estate and thrives on the atmosphere that the industry brings.

Debbie is married and has two grown up children. Her daughter is married with a son (her grandson!) and lives in Melbourne and her son lives in Queensland. When she’s not at work, Debbie enjoys knitting and crocheting and also likes to potter in the garden, although claims she doesn’t have a green thumb. And while she’s not much of a footy fan, she does follow Collingwood.
