Lucy Black has worked in real estate for 10 years, prior to that she also worked in sales and Trust Accounting. Lucy holds a Bachelor in Business (Marketing), Diploma in Fashion Business, Cert IV in retail Management, Agents Rep in Real Estate & Cert IV Real Estate. During Covid she took a break from real estate to help a friend work on her business ‘Dogs of Melbourne’ where she focused on client growth as well as administration and accounts and welcomed a new edition to her family a Cavoodle! Lucy found this to be a refreshing break during our year of lockdown. “My approach is to work hard, play hard and enjoy more” says Lucy. She’s a strong believer that a positive approach is magnetic.

Lucy sees herself as an authentic, driven, goal-oriented and loyal person. She has a genuine interest in people’s needs and wanting to achieve the best results for them. She ensures that her clients know how important they are to her and in doing so makes sure that every relationship she develops, is for keeps.

Lucy believes she is well suited in a career in real estate. She loves meeting new people, hearing their stories and achieving goals. She’s also always had a keen interest in interior design so she feels lucky to be able to view properties as part of her job.

When she’s not at work Lucy co-parents two little people – her son and daughter. While they take up the majority of her time, and she wouldn’t have it any other way, she loves any excuse to go out for dinner or to a wine bar with friends. Lucy barracks for Essendon but since her son is a keen Carlton supporter, she’s more recently found herself attending more Carlton games. Lucy balances her busy life by keeping active - whether it’s yoga, running or most recently taking up tennis, she constantly likes to set positive goals for herself.
