Nicole Cousins

Property Manager

Currently a Property Manager in our St Kilda office and with five years previous experience in the real estate industry, a background in retail banking at ANZ and a Diploma in Human Resources and Degree in Business (Management), there’s no doubt Nicole is a huge asset to our team.

If there’s one quality Nicole values above all others, it’s honesty. “Honesty is key”, says Nicole. She believes that with honesty comes trust and in order to build strong working relationships you need to be upfront and truthful with clients at all times. As far as Nicole’s concerned, there’s no exception – honesty is always the best policy! She also believes that being organised comes a close second. The real estate industry can be stressful enough without the unnecessary added stress of being under the pump from poor self-management.

Nicole sees both tenants and landlords as clients, ensuring she always goes above and beyond to achieve the best outcome and do the right thing by both parties. Nicole loves working in the real estate industry, she loves that every day brings something different and enjoys getting out and about instead of being stuck behind a desk all day.

When she’s not at work Nicole is extremely busy, between renovating her house with her partner or trying to keep with their seven month old puppy, there’s never a dull moment. She also loves to travel, enjoys a good cocktail (or two), loves to cook and on the rare occasion when she has a bit of time out, she enjoys nothing more than a night on the couch with a good book!

Just wanted to drop you a quick email to say that we are so impressed with you as our property manager. Truth be told, the bathroom has been in such a bad condition since we first moved in that we figured nothing would be done about it. I'm over-joyed at the thought of some repairs/improvements being made to it. Thank you for taking notice and taking action.
