As a Senior Property Manager Deb believes that above all else, communication is key. In fact she believes that it’s her strong communication skills that will set her apart in this industry. Having worked in the real estate industry for seven years now, Deb loves the diversity it brings. “No day is the same and I am always learning something new” says Deb.

With a Cert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping, a Cert IV in Business and experience as an Office Manager, Deb's well equipped and experienced in her role as a Senior Property Manager at our Murrumbeena office.

Deb describes herself as a hard worker and a problem solver. Together these characteristics enable her to put her head down, take initiative and tackle anything that comes her way. She’s not one to shy away from a challenge. No matter how challenging the task at hand, with Deb in your corner, you can be guaranteed that a solution is inevitable. She also believes that being able to put yourself in both your renters' and rental providers' shoes and see both perspectives is crucial to successful communication.

When she leaves the office, Deb’s a doting mum to her two daughters and adores spending time with them exploring Melbourne. She also loves travelling, going to the beach, and enjoys playing hockey any chance she gets.
