Jerry Lin, a former Geotechnical Engineer, brings a unique blend of technical expertise and a fresh perspective to his role as a Sales Consultant at our Bentleigh office. With a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineer with Business behind him, Jerry feels well equipped and excited to embark on his real estate journey.

Jerry describes himself as a humorous, hearty and relaxed individual. He believes that his problem-solving skills have been a key factor in his overall success and have consistently helped him find solutions, build trust and achieve his goals. Jerry finds immense satisfaction in his role in real estate because it aligns with his natural inclination to connect with people and build meaningful relationships. “I genuinely enjoy striking up conversations, understanding clients' needs and aspirations, and being there to assist them when they require guidance” he says.

Originally from China, Jerry's Australian journey began in Darwin, where he completed high school. As a University of Melbourne student, he discovered a passion for assembling Gundam models and aspires to own an Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio. Outside of work, Jerry enjoys traveling, strumming guitar strings in the backyard and has recently embarked on a journey to learn the art of gardening.
