Kane, Sales Associate at our Projects office has four years prior experience in the industry, three of which were part time and last year, the fourth was his first full time year in commercial real estate.

Since graduating Kane has had a variety of jobs ranging from assisting in the sports department at his old school, servicing smoke alarms for a safety compliance provider, as well as working in a sales role for a different safety compliance provider. Kane has also gained his Real Estate Licence and by mid 2023 will have completed his degree in Property and Real Estate at Deakin University.

Kane describes himself as a determined, ambitious and personable guy. He believes that these qualities combined with his strong work ethic have attributed to his current success. “I pride myself on working hard and ensuring all my tasks are efficiently and comprehensively completed” says Kane.

Kane believes that having a positive attitude and energy when dealing with clients is crucial and assists in developing strong and long lasting relationships. He believes that his biggest point of difference is his ability to see the job through to the best of his ability from start to finish. He also has great self-belief and believes that his own confidence will assist him in achieving great results not only for himself but for his team and the company too.

Kane particularly enjoys the comradery and team approach that is involved in real estate. He thrives in a team environment where everyone is working hard to achieve success. He also loves that his chosen career path means he gets to be out and about and work in different environments rather than being stuck at his desk all day every day.

Kane comes from a family of four, he is particularly close to his younger brother. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, either having a drink, watching sport or both! He’s a passionate sportsman and enjoys watching all sports from football to tennis, cricket and soccer and even plays a bit of football himself!
