Monique has property in her blood. As the daughter of a builder she grew up surrounded by regular discussions of all things property. Over the years she has worked with property investment trusts for a major bank, run a corporate wellness business, been a yoga and meditation teacher and hosted a series of successful lifestyle podcasts - so it’s safe to say she brings a wealth of experience to the table.
Monique describes herself as a tenacious, commercially minded and passionate people’s person who is hard working and motivated. “I love people – I always make sure every interaction I have counts” she says. With Monique, what you see is what you get. “I am intuitive and responsive to the unspoken needs of clients and customers” says Monique.
Monique takes great pride in going the extra mile to leave a lasting impression and is always looking for the opportunity to provide “that little bit extra”. She enjoys surprising people with her consistent follow up and follow through. “At the heart of my success is the ability to think commercially and quickly, whilst also maintaining a sincere, caring and authentic approach” says Monique. She believes it is important for her clients to be able to trust her and does not take this responsibility lightly.
Monique has a genuine passion for property and the transaction of real estate and this shines through. She particularly loves the human connection and the excitement of being involved in a major event in a person’s life.
When Monique isn’t at work she’s just as busy! She loves spending time with her kids, doing yoga (particularly HOT), property development and investing, podcasts, cooking, travelling, going to the beach and eating out!
