For Jacob, property isn't just a profession, it's in his DNA. Son of Co-Founder Phillip Kingston, he's grown up with the language of auctions, the energy of open homes, and the art of negotiation running through his veins.

He cut his teeth in Gary Peer's marketing team launching the companies social media, reshaping the digital brand, and masterminding the cult-favourite Gary Peer coffee van. From there, he levelled up, leading Business Development for tech start-up Snap Send Solve boasting 400,000+ users, and sharpening his edge in New York City with The Wall Street Journal's online subscription growth team.

Today, as a Licensed Estate Agent, Jacob spearheads the Gary Peer Project Marketing Division alongside Director Julian Millman, a role that sees him partner with some of Australia's most respected developers. His focus is clear: delivering premium off-the-plan outcomes, with a particular expertise in luxury downsizer projects - though his portfolio stretches well beyond. His results speak for themselves: Jacob currently holds both the square-metre and dollar-value record for an apartment sold in Caulfield North, setting a benchmark for the market.

Backed by a Double Bachelor Degree in Economics and Commerce majoring in Finance, Economics & Marketing from Monash University, Jacob brings brains and hustle in equal measure. Communication? Nailed. Business instinct? Sharp. Drive? Relentless.

And when the suit comes off? You'll find him chasing the surf, carving up the snow, or at the front row of a music festival. He's loyal to his family, his mates, and unfortunately, the Melbourne Demons.
