Hard working and positive, Rheno Pabillore is the Leasing Concierge at our St Kilda Property Management office, and while it may be his first job in real estate, his background in hospitality, having worked for highly recognised brands such as The Hilton, Hyatt and Pan Pacific, certainly stand him in good stead.
“Coming from the hospitality industry I’m great at customer service and love building a good rapport with all my clients” says Rheno. He believes that great customer service is about ensuring you all always go above and beyond a client’s needs so that they walk away feeling valued and supported.
With an Agents Representative Certificate and a Certificate IV in Property Services, he values the opportunity to put his training, presentation, communication and skills from the premium hospitality industry to good use in his role as Leasing Concierge. “I like that every day is not the same, there is always new things to learn and challenges to resolve” says Rheno who loves the daily excitement that a career in real estate industry brings.
Rheno moved to Melbourne, from Cairns, with his partner in 2016. When he’s not at work, he likes to socialise and hangout with my friends. He also enjoys keeping fit, European football, exploring and sightseeing.
