With 17 years prior experience in the real estate industry, Senior Property Manager and Team Leader, Brad Graham is a real asset to our Murrumbeena team. A Fully Licensed Estate Agent, with a background in hospitality and with a Diploma in Management and Business, it’s safe to say Brad knows more than a thing or two about customer service.
Brad believes that a successful career in real estate is about so much more than just managing properties. “It’s about building relationships with both colleagues and clients and earning their trust” he says. This goes hand in hand with strong communication skills as well as excellent time management and organisational skills. Brad also places a strong emphasis on attention to detail, “ensuring that all the little things are taken care of makes a big difference to the overall result”. Last but not certainly not least, Brad ensures he goes about all he does with a good sense of humour, making sure he doesn’t take everything too seriously!
With years of experience in all aspects of property management and real estate in general, Brad brings with him a vast knowledge and understanding of all areas of the industry. He is passionate about his role and wants to help clients maximise their investments. Brad loves that every day in real estate brings a new challenge. He also loves having the ability to assist people in finding their new home and making the process as seamless as possible.
When he has the time (and of course pre-Covid), Brad loves to travel. Bali, where his parents have retired to, is his second home. He enjoys going on adventures and exploring new places and new things. “I am a lover of summer and hater of winter, and love to be around water during the warmer months”, says Brad. He’s also passionate about home renovation and interiors and enjoys spending time catching up with friends over dinners or drinks.
