Brooke Griffiths is a Property Manager based in St Kilda, bringing more than a decade of industry experience and a refreshingly down-to-earth approach to her role.

Originally from country NSW, Brooke combines warmth, honesty and humour with strong industry knowledge, helping clients feel comfortable and supported through every stage of the rental process. Known for her approachable nature and empathetic communication style, she believes building genuine relationships is key, particularly when navigating challenging or emotional situations.

Before real estate, Brooke worked in logistics and later veterinary nursing after moving to Melbourne, experiences that strengthened both her organisational skills and natural care for people and animals alike. She prides herself on being understanding, direct and easy to talk to, creating a calm and personable experience for both renters and rental providers.
Brooke especially enjoys getting out to properties, meeting people and admiring Melbourne’s beautiful period homes and architecture. She also admits routine inspections become instantly better when pets are involved.

Outside of work, Brooke loves spending time with family and friends, exploring Melbourne’s food scene, discovering quirky cocktail bars and escaping on spontaneous country road trips. A Bayside local with a love for the beach and warmer weather, she spends as much time swimming as possible and remains passionate about supporting animal charities and local shelters.
