He approaches every project with consistency and intention - showing up prepared, meeting deadlines, and holding a high standard across every piece of content. His attention to detail and solutions-focused mindset ensure videos are not only visually polished, but authentic to the people and brand they represent. Outside of work, Jason enjoys the cinema, keeping up with TV series, and following UFC and boxing. He trains in mixed martial arts, a discipline that reflects his focused, driven approach both on and off set. And while he may admit it reluctantly, he does barrack for Carlton.
