Madison Rogers is the friendly face behind Gary Peer’s coffee vans, bringing energy, warmth and a strong customer-first mindset to her role as Coffee Van Coordinator.

Since joining the coffee van team, Madison has played an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for clients and the community. Passionate and highly driven, she believes her enthusiasm is key to staying committed, overcoming challenges and consistently delivering great service. With strong organisational, communication and customer service skills, Madison ensures every interaction reflects the professionalism and culture of Gary Peer. Known for being approachable, inclusive and always willing to help, she has a natural ability to build positive relationships and make people feel welcome.

Currently studying a degree in Marketing at Monash University while also working towards her real estate licence, Madison brings both ambition and curiosity to everything she does. Outside of work, Madison is one half of an identical twin duo and a proud big sister to her younger brother. She’s a loyal supporter of the Carlton Football Club and a devoted dog lover, especially when it comes to her beloved bulldog, Oscar.
