Our Coffee Van Manager Rikki Krongold has been part of the Caulfield team for one year.
Rikki finished VCE in 2020 and prior to joining us at Gary Peer spent time working as a nanny. She has also completed her RSA and done a course in First Aid.

Rikki describes herself as an approachable, responsible and organised team player and problem solver. “I am someone who plans ahead and always looks for solutions” she says. Rikki believes that in order to perform her role successfully, organisation and time management skills are crucial. Having these skills enable her to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. As part of her preparation, she even allows for little mistakes to be made to ensure the role runs in a professional and timely manner no matter what.

Rikki acknowledges that she is young and new to the role and while she’s still learning every day, she always performs her role to the best of her abilities, always doing her utmost to ensure that everyone is happy. Rikki thoroughly enjoys her role at Gary Peer and particularly enjoys engaging with the public.

Rikki is also currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing with the hope of one day being a midwife. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, loves to travel, bake and watch the footy.
