Sonya Vashevnik is the welcoming face of the Murrumbeena office, bringing warmth, energy and a genuinely people-first approach to her role as Receptionist.

New to the real estate industry, Sonya joins the team with a strong background in customer service and hospitality, including being a bartender and function host at FUNLAB. Her experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments has shaped her calm, adaptable nature and strong attention to detail.

Sonya is passionate about making people feel valued and cared for. Naturally interpersonal, she enjoys building relationships with both clients and colleagues to ensure every interaction feels supportive, seamless and genuine. Organised, efficient and always willing to learn, she takes pride in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes while creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Having completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resource Management and currently undertaking her Agents Representative Certificate, Sonya combines professionalism with a caring and approachable personality.

Drawn to real estate through her love of homes and the meaningful moments attached to them, Sonya enjoys being part of such an important stage in people’s lives and helping make the process feel easier and more enjoyable.

Outside of work, Sonya is an avid gym-goer who enjoys using fitness as her way to reset and recharge. She also loves spending time outdoors, going for long walks, discovering new cafés with a coffee in hand, and making the most of Melbourne’s art and concerts.
