After having an investment rental propety managed by a local real estate company for many years, I was very keen to offer them the sale of the property when I decided to sell. We were very pleased with the outcome of the sale of our home. The team at Gary Peer did a fabulous job at marketing our home in a way that attracted lots of attention. Then they were able to convert the 100-odd groups that came through inspections to a large crowd on auction day and ultimately a number of bids which resulted in a pleasing outcome. Leor, Aviv and Tania were very attentive and responsive throughout the campaign. We had very good and open communication, with the team often working long hours on our behalf. We received (very welcome) telephone calls, texts and emails from the team at all times of the day and night! This level of communication made us feel comfortable that the GP team were on top of all activity. Then, on auction day, the GP team rose to the occasion and performed brilliantly, with Philip Kingston putting in another stellar performance, encouraging the strong crowd to bid above our reserve price and sell at a level we were worried at times would not be achieved. Then, Leor, Aviv and Tania took control of finalising the transaction with aplomb. Everything was dealt with in a very prompt and professional manner. Tania Crawley-A treasure and a trophy indeed to & for the wonderful Gary peer team!! Tatsuya and I wish to give a hearty vote of thanks (and a sincere testament of commendation) to and for the lovely Tania Crawley who has been a wonderful supportive and efficient companion in the cause of our recent purchase and settling in process for our home.
