The seven wonders of Gary Peer: Introducing our new Partners

At Gary Peer, seven is our lucky number. We have seven locations. We’re on call seven days a week. And now, we have seven new Partners. Because as we continue to grow – now with 150 staff and counting – it’s time for more standout performers to sit at the leadership table alongside our eight Directors. So without further ado, join us in welcoming our new Partners: Nikki Janover, Joel Ser, Daniel Fisher, Aviv Samuel, Limor Herskovitz and Daniel Peer. Partners, the floor is yours.

The quietly achieving Nikki Janover

After 22 years of exceptional service at Gary Peer, Nikki Janover has worked her way up to become one of our senior sales consultants.

A great example of how good things come to those who wait, Nikki’s willingness to work hard, educate herself and never be complacent has been an asset to our business.

‘It feels wonderful to be rewarded for all the hard work I’ve put in over my career here,’ Nikki says. ‘It’s a credit to Gary Peer that they recognise valued staff members – and a testament to why there are so many long-serving employees.

‘I feel honoured to work with such a cutting-edge company. There are so many exciting things happening around us. To be part of this is amazing.’

The attentive Joel Ser

For 17 incredible years, we’ve had the pleasure of working with Joel Ser.

Now a licensed estate agent, Joel’s hunger to learn has never waned. In his words, ‘We have two ears and one mouth – so listen twice as much as you speak.’

But what did he say when it was his turn to speak?

‘As a leader, I’m excited to step up even more in training and assisting the young guns within the business,’ he says.

‘Even after 17 years, I still absolutely love the family culture and wouldn’t work anywhere else. I can’t wait to see what the next 17 years bring.’

The determined Daniel Fisher

Sales Consultant Daniel Fisher has been with us for 15 years, and even after a strong start – he just keeps getting better and better.

The master of the long game, Daniel’s understanding of the importance of persistence and patience is an inspiration to all of us.

‘I’ve been recognised for my 15 years of effort, dedication and commitment to the Gary Peer brand,’ he states. ‘I’m proud of what I’ve achieved and know that I’m a trusted, respected and essential part of the business.

‘Every day here offers a new opportunity to achieve greater goals, reflect on the past, plan for the future and inspire others. All while having fun!’

The enthusiastic Aviv Samuel

Twelve years of Aviv Samuel is one of the greatest gifts a company could receive.

A licensed estate agent, Aviv’s passion and energy for our brand is infectious. His motto? ‘Love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life.’

‘I feel privileged and grateful for the recognition of my hard work and success at Gary Peer,’ Aviv says. ‘And I’m especially fortunate to work alongside my brother, Leor Samuel, who is a highly respected Director and Auctioneer here.

‘When I joined the team 12 years ago, I always knew there would be plenty of opportunity to grow. I began as a buyer’s agent before transitioning into a sales consultant.

‘Today, I have my own team and play an integral role in the growth of the Carnegie office.’

The charismatic Limor Herskovitz

After 15 – and a half – wonderful years, Licensed Estate Agent Limor Herskovitz is a master of building relationships.

Her ability to connect with clients, build trust and deliver excellent service is second to none. Now, she has a title to match her talent.

‘Being made Partner has made me feel acknowledged and appreciated for my dedication over the last 15 years. I was extremely emotional and grateful,’ Limor says.

‘The new Partner titles have already had a positive impact on the culture at Gary Peer,’ she continues. ‘By recognising its employees’ contributions and achievements, the company is demonstrating a commitment to rewarding and retaining top talent.

‘This creates a sense of pride and ownership among the Partners, who are now even more invested in the success of the company.’

The persistent Daniel Peer

Our youngest Partner, what Licensed Estate Agent Daniel Peer lacks in age, he makes up for in dedication.

Having worked 7.5 official years at Gary Peer (not counting the 18 years of unpaid ‘help’ he offered his dad, Gary!), Daniel has proven himself to be an asset to the agency in his own right.

‘This is a very significant milestone for me,’ he shares. ‘Being in a more senior and prominent position will inevitably drive greater results for my valued clients, and will create more opportunities for my exceptional team.

‘The message is out there for the rest of the staff: if you work hard and stick around long enough, you can (and will) get there too!’
